Privacy Policy

Adsmark Doctor Growth OS (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Adsmark. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our doctor marketing audit platform, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are committed to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, and specialty (when you sign in to take the quiz or use the dashboard).
• Quiz answers: your responses to the 13-category doctor marketing audit. Answers are used to compute your score and recommendations.
• Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate city (from IP), and device type. This is used to improve the product.
• Communications: if you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation history.

2. What we do NOT collect

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We do not access your patients' records, EHR/PMS data, or clinic software.
• We do not require Aadhaar or PAN.

3. How we use your data

• To compute your doctor marketing score.
• To send you the full AI report, weekly drip tips, and the audit call booking link (only if you opt in).
• To improve our scoring model and product (aggregated, non-identifying only).

4. Where your data is stored

All data is stored in India (Mumbai region, AWS ap-south-1 via Supabase). Database is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

5. Your rights under DPDP Act 2023

• Right to access: email us and we will share every data point we hold on you within 7 days.
• Right to erasure: email us and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
• Right to correction: update name, specialty, city from your dashboard.
• Right to grievance: write to our Grievance Officer (details below).
