By using Adsmark Doctor Growth OS (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Adsmark Doctor Growth OS provides a free 90-second marketing audit for doctors, clinic owners, and hospital owners in India. It scores your current marketing across 13 categories and offers optional paid recommendations.
2. No medical advice
The audit is about marketing, not clinical practice. Nothing in our reports constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. Consult your own counsel before making business decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed medical practitioner, clinic owner, or hospital administrator in India to use the paid services.
4. Free vs paid
- The free audit gives you a score out of 10 and 3 AI tips.
- Paid plans (Pro, Elite, DFY) include the full 13-category breakdown, weekly drip tips, and access to our growth team. Billing terms are presented at checkout.
- 14-day refund window: if you're not satisfied, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.
5. Acceptable use
- One account per practitioner.
- Do not scrape, resell, or republish our audit reports without written permission.
- Do not impersonate another doctor or submit fraudulent quiz answers.
6. Intellectual property
The audit framework, scoring algorithm, and recommendation library are owned by Adsmark. Your data remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the audit on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any business outcomes resulting from acting on our recommendations.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
